Summer 9-ball League (3-player teams) will start June 09. Unfortunately we will not be able to have a 10- ball league this summer. The Cabin and The Highwayman are both willing to open one table for scheduled summer league play on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6:30-10:30pm. This means we can have up to 12 teams. The schedule will be similar to how we do things in regular season. If you are a Tuesday team you will play on Tuesday when you’re home and when you were away you’ll play either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday but never more than once during the week.
Of course there will be precautions that we the players will be responsible for. The host sites are willing to open the tables as long as the precautions put in place by them and MPL are complied with like having only one person from each team do all the racking, only a certain amount of people in the pool area at a time, cleaning the table top/rest after each game, signing in at the door among others. If not, they & MPL will ask you to leave and your team will forfeit your spot for the season. There is NO deviation from these rules.
Teams that have already signed up for 9-ball or 10-ball have first dibs on a spot. We will defiantly have room for new teams that didn’t sign up earlier. We will play a round robin. 11 weeks if we get 12 teams. $7 per player, per night. There are 6 spots at each host site. 2 per night (2 Tuesday spots, 2 Wednesday spots and 2 Thursday spots).
I will first contact teams that have dibs this Monday for choice of location/day.
We will have a zoom meeting to replace the captains meeting on June 4th at 7pm. I will send out an invite a few days before.
Attached is a reg form for new teams. Pls msg a pic of you form. New teams will be first come, first served. 9-Ball Registration Form 2020v2
REC & BCA/CCS LEAGUES – Looks like our host sites will be opening up soon however we will not be able to finish playoffs in a timely manner since there’s are still so many matches left and only 1 venue so far with a table available. It would take most of the summer and all the teams would need to be willing/comfortable playing. Keep your equipment bag til further notice. We are still hopeful about the banquet.
BCA/CCS LEAGUE – Since the playoffs were not finished and the payouts are based on finishing the playoffs. I’ve had to revise the prize pool amounts slightly. Please click on the link for changes and final totals. BCACCS PAYOUTS 20192020 Final
Teams that were still in the running for 1st/2nd are splitting the total prize amount of $700. 4 teams x $175 each. Teams that were still in the running for 3rd/4th are splitting the total prize amount of $300. 8 teams x $37.50 each.
I will e-transfer each team captain the total amount of winnings (including individual prizes). The captain can distribute to their team accordingly. If any players do not receive their portion within a week, pls send me a message ASAP.
Team Captains please send me a TEXT message to 604-751-6663. Please include your e-transfer info, team name and your name by Friday, May 29.

BCACCS Playoff Schedule 20192020
Here is the Playoff Schedule. It is a Single elimination on each side. Basically once your team has lost they move down to the B side. At that point the best your team can do is 3rd. Teams cannot move through the b-side and advance back up to the a-side.
If a tie occurs, there will be no playoff game. The match will go to the team that gave the handicap points.
As promised there is no play on Feb 25 & 26 and March 17 & 18. For those teams that are headed to Vegas early, please reschedule your matches.
Please msg me asap with your scoresheet. Pay for playoffs. Use the handicap chart.
EXTRA Scoresheets are next to the drop boxes at Sistos and the Cabin.

For BCA/CCS Teams with only 3 players playing.

2. Now you have 4 players Fargo’s and can continue as per usual in deterring a team handicap for the night.
3. Leave the player name spot empty but fill in the Fargo. When they are “up” put in a zero. For the opposing player write in “WF” as in win by forfeit.
